- cash desk opening hours: from 8.00 a.m. to 19.00 hrs
- arrival: from 14.00 hrs (from 8.00 a.m. depending on free capacity)
- checkout: by 11.00 a.m. (late checkout fee is payable from 11.00 a.m. to 20.00 hours, which includes entry to the spa)
- for guests arriving after 18.00 hrs pitch and accommodation fee, tourist tax, pet fee and, if required, electricity fee will be charged for the day of arrival
- guests arriving from 22.00 hrs to 7.00 a.m. may use the limited number of the internal parking lots of the camping (pitch, accommodation fee, tourist tax, pet fee and, if required electricity will be charged)
- quiet hours: from 22.00 hrs to 8.00 a.m.
